The EAA has had a slim organisational structure from the beginning. As a management entity, it makes decisions and then purchases the services necessary for implementation from targeted service providers. This approach has led to the creation of a centre of excellence for complex international wind-up activities. But markets are always on the move, conditions change and tasks are shifted, in part because the portfolio is getting smaller. That is why the EAA is constantly reviewing its processes, and adjusting them when necessary.
